I'm an actor. I had been starring (performing) at Polish theatre scenes for 15 years. Lately I have started my own bussiness and now I run my bookshop. I live together with my wife and sons in cosy, small house near Torun in Poland.

We have moved here from Torun mainly becouse of our dogs.

Our dogs live and sleep with us and generally we don't like to part with them.

We often participate in shows, where we have met many wonderful people. Our sighthounds, Fenix and Waski, take part (start) in coursings (some kind of dog racings). They are being trained and managed by our older son - Karol. Also Mikolaj, who is younger, helps him with dogs.

I was professional puppeteer and teacher. Now I own children's bookshop. My dream about own dog came true 9 years ago. We bought shih-tzu puppy and named him 'Maksio'. He had twisted all of us round his little paw immediately;) He was just wonderful. We lost him two years ago (2004) - now he is over the rainbow bridge. Only our chinese crested dog - powder puff - Donio, knew him. He has taken after him his dignity and distance to common matters. Two days after we lost Maksio, Piotr bought  Xiro -  mischievous Papillon puppy.

Xiro become wonderful teacher and took care of our next 'boy' - Waski - whippet. When another puppy (hairless chinese crested dog), Oddie, had arrived to our house, Waski took care of a new member of the pack and Xiro helped him a little.

Our 'first lady' - princess Fanta - joined us 'almost unnoticed' in the middle of the year 2005. The same year, late in Autumn, joined us another dog - greyhound - Fenio. He was raised by Xiro and Waski, but Oddie has occured to be his best friend. Than we decided to move to countryside and start our Chinese Crested kennel. Becouse we are actors, prefix of our kennel - 'Nadobnisie i koczkodany' - has been chosen in more or less democratic way. "Nadobnisie i koczkodany' is a title of the Polish theatre play and it means 'beauties and monkeys' so it was also perverse joke connected with our dog's beauty.

We have been living in our 'countryside home' since May 2006. Of course there is another member of our pack - secound princess, better known as empress Sissi (chinese crested dog powder puff). She is spontaneous and provokative quicksilver, Fenio's best friend.

There are many people we need to thank for their help, support, advice and suggestions. Thank you Robert, Larysa, Romana, Ewa, Iza, Mr. Adam. A very special thanks must go to our inestimable friend, Jola. Without all of you we couldn't manage to overcame all the challenges we have met while organizing our kennel.
